About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in Microsoft 365 tools to deliver seamless migrations, optimise collaboration platforms, and drive user adoption. Your work will be central to ensuring engagement through a modern, social-media-rich platform. Key Responsibilities Migration Planning & Execution: Lead the migration from Workplace to Microsoft Viva Engage with minimal disruption. Assess the current Workplace environment and develop a comprehensive migration strategy. Ensure all content is successfully migrated by August 2025. Modern Workplace Expertise: Configure and optimize Microsoft Viva Engage to meet organisational needs. Map existing processes on Workplace to Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Provide guidance on governance, security, and compliance best practices. Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align migration efforts with business needs. Design and deliver user training to support adoption of Microsoft Viva Engage. Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing user concerns during the migration. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and report on the migration’s success, implementing improvements as needed. Stay updated on Microsoft Modern Workplace innovations and suggest enhancements. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a candidate who is not only skilled in the

technical aspects of Microsoft 365

but also thrives in

stakeholder engagement

and

training delivery . Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in migrating collaboration platforms, especially from Workplace to Microsoft Viva Engage. In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Viva, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deliverables. Experience creating user training materials and delivering workshops. Business analysis and requirements mapping expertise. Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience administrating Workplace and familiarity with its underlying structures. Knowledge of Workplace API integrations. Governance, compliance, and security expertise within Microsoft 365. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate are advantageous. Why Join Us?
