My client – a leading Advisory firm, is seeking a motivated individual to join their dynamic internationally acclaimed Deal Tax Advisory Unit. This is a chance to work with a friendly, driven, and diverse team that services clients across large scale international transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead tax due diligence and tax structuring projects (post-deal and pre-deal), collaborating with specialists and transaction support teams.
- Deliver bespoke tax advice in a fast-paced and ever-changing deals market.
- Work with the wider firm network and seek specialist input for international transactions.
- Develop your network of contacts and cross-sell services.
- Foster key transaction relationships, including private equity firms.
Requirements:
- Any of the following preferred: ACA/ ICAS/ CAI/ ATT / CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA, e.g. law qualification).
- In-depth knowledge of UK taxation and the ability to handle complex tax issues related to transactions.
- Ability to use tax technical knowledge & insights in a fast-paced commercial environment.
