MAC & PC Support Technician
Location: London Salary: GBP 40,000 - GBP 42,000 per annum MAC & PC Support Technician required by an expanding creative company based in Central London, near St Paul's Station. This is an office-based role in a fresh and fun agency that works with large entertainment and retail brands across the world to help them deliver advertising, branding, retail marketing, and much more. The successful Technician will report to the Group IT Director and will take the lead on the support and training of the Junior Engineers, which include the media team and 3D creative team. You will also work directly with the HR team to ensure that new starters within the company have the correct equipment, install any new systems needed, and upgrade current workstations. Additionally, you will act as the Lead Technician on upcoming projects, including the rollout of a support desk ticketing system to improve workflows and SLAs. This role will probably suit someone who has worked on the creative side of marketing and media companies previously and has transitioned into IT Support. Essential Skills and Experience: Strong AV technology knowledge 3D Software and rendering tools Configuring MAC and Windows machines Experience dealing with VPNs Experience with Jamf or similar MDM Software including Intune An understanding of plugin licensing and installations for the creative sector This is a great opportunity for a creative and innovative IT professional to work within a like-minded company and have fun while you work.
