MAC & PC Support Technician
Location: City of London, England Salary: GBP 40,000 - GBP 42,000 per annum A MAC & PC Support Technician is required by an expanding creative company based in Central London, near St Paul's Station. This fresh and fun agency works with large entertainment and retail brands worldwide to deliver advertising, branding, retail marketing, and more. This is an office-based role. The successful candidate will report to the Group IT Director and lead the support and training of Junior Engineers, including the media team and 3D creative team. You will work directly with the HR team to ensure new starters have the correct equipment, install new systems, and upgrade current workstations. Additionally, you will act as the Lead Technician on upcoming projects, including the rollout of a support desk ticketing system to improve workflows and SLAs. This role is suitable for someone with experience in the creative side of marketing and media companies who has transitioned into IT Support. Essential Skills and Experience: Strong AV technology knowledge Experience with 3D Software and rendering tools Configuring MAC and Windows machines Experience dealing with VPNs Experience with Jamf or similar MDM Software including Intune An understanding of plugin licensing and installations for the creative sector This is a great opportunity for a creative and innovative IT professional to work within a like-minded company and enjoy their work.
