What you’ll do:
Create a wide range of synthetic datasets Train models and conduct experiments to assess synthetic data quality Use generated synthetic data to train state-of-the-art models Drive additional data-focused research initiatives aimed at improving data quality Instruction tuning, preference alignment, and model optimisation What you bring:
3+ years of practical Machine Learning experience Ability to lead and execute ambitious machine learning projects from start to finish Well-versed in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models Proficiency in related tooling (e.g., PyTorch) Prior exposure to synthetic data is a plus Strong skills in Python Experience in setting up GPU-based training environments (e.g., Lambda, Runpod, Sagemaker) Company:
