The role of Operator is the most critical in our business, operating the production lines, carrying out quality checks, product changeovers and shift handovers. We are open to considering a range of working patterns including job share arrangements, part-time and adjusted working patterns as well as our full-time shift patterns rotating 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm, and the permanent night shift 10pm-6am.
You could be just the person we’re looking for if you have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to learn, are able to follow company procedures and be a reliable team player. Previous manufacturing experience isn’t essential but will certainly be beneficial.
