Shift Details:
* Pattern: 2 days (6 am - 6 pm), 2 nights (6 pm - 6 am), followed by 4 days off.
* Duration: 12-hour shifts, including occasional weekends. This schedule offers extended downtime, allowing for longer breaks with fewer holiday days required.
Main Duties:
* Follow verbal instructions and written job packs.
* Load machines with raw materials.
* Operate machines while monitoring quality, speed, and finished products.
* Ensure machines operate at peak efficiency.
* Pack finished products.
* Move goods around the site efficiently.
* Ensure all products meet high-quality standards.
* Collaborate with your team to meet delivery schedules and targets.
Candidate Requirements:
* Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
* Proven experience in operating machines.
* Competence in running machines at optimum efficiency.
* Capability to maintain "Right First Time" manufacturing standards.
