This is a 12 Week temp to perm Vacancy!
Pay:
£12.21ph rising to £13.21 once you have learnt 3 skills.
One off payment of £20 when you work a Wednesday or Saturday.
One off payment of £28.50 when you work a Saturday or Sunday
Hours:
4 on 4 off shift pattern, 6am-6pm
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain agricultural machinery
Monitor machinery performance
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and farm protocols.
Collaborate with the production team to execute daily tasks efficiently.
Keep accurate records of machinery usage and maintenance.
Keep the Production area clean
Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license due to location of work
Team player with good communication skills.
