Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing: As a Machine Operative, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality products for our customers. You will be: Setting and operating machines, working on a production line Regularly checking machines during operation to ensure the highest quality of product is produced Labelling and packing items ready for dispatch Conducting quality checks of the product Completing production paperwork Completing daily checks Following Safe Working Practices Adhering to Health & Safety and environmental procedures and regulations A Few Things About You: You must be a team player, be self-motivated, and be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and self-discipline to get the work done as you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our customers. You will also have a great eye for detail as quality is very important to us. You must also be comfortable working flexible hours on a continental shift pattern, working days, nights, and weekends. This role requires standing for long periods. Your Experience Will Include: Having previously worked as a production operative in manufacturing (Desirable) or; Having previously worked in a practical manual role You will have experience of working shifts When You’ll Be Working: You will be working the 24/7 Rota, which is a rotating 4-week pattern, working rotating days and nights, hours from 06:45/19:00 to 18:45/07:00. It is an average 39.5 hour working week. Who We Are: Flexipol is in its 29th year, and during this time the business has grown steadily each year, providing long-term secure employment.
