Machine Operatives
to set up, start, and monitor the machines throughout the manufacturing process to ensure production runs smoothly and meets targets. As part of your role, you will ensure the team is working to their maximum potential as well as ensuring that the machinery is functioning consistently and correctly. You will be responsible for monitoring production to help attain KPIs for productivity and efficiency. What we’re looking for: Applicants must have a good level of education, verbal, written, and numerical skills. Experience in the food manufacturing industry is essential, preferably with salads, and candidates should be flexible in their approach to shifts. The successful candidate must be able to work in a
physically demanding area
