You'll be joining a small, focused Production team playing a crucial role as a Machine Operator. We are looking for a Machine Operative to manage setup, tune-up and monitor semi-automated machinery to improve OEE with minimal downtime.
Setting up the case packer/labeller machines ready for production. Running routine maintenance of machinery. Ensuring quality and productivity targets are met consistently. Attention to detail and adjust the machine as needed to improve Quality and maintain line speeds. Carry out in-process Quality checks at specified intervals and record downtime. Full ownership for machine performance. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Will need to have strong experience in a similar Production role from within a manufacturing environment. You will also need to have:
Hands-on experience with machinery, an inner understanding of how machines work, attention to detail and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. Good level of problem-solving skills.
