Machine Operator £27,300 + Benefits (Rising to £28,553 after training) Flint Alternate Continental Shift Pattern (12 hour shifts Days & Nights) gap technical are proud to be representing this manufacturing business in their search for a Machine / Process Operator to work at their facility based near the Flint area. Performance Objectives Responsible for the operation of multiple production processes. Required to carry out in-process quality checks using online data system. Make basic machine adjustments to ensure efficient operation. Responsible for collecting basic data in order to complete reports for continual improvements. Ensure compliance with the Company's GMP Standard and wear the appropriate work wear, including PPE, correctly. Demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment performance through raising observations and taking corrective action where possible. Person Specification Applicants must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of operational machinery. Capable of reading and interpreting written instructions related to both production procedures and health and safety.
