Rotational Days:

Monday to Friday - 2 shift rotation (6:00am to 14:00pm and 14:00pm to 22:00pm) Hey there, I’m one of the Machine Operatives here at Valeo Foods UK, and I want to tell you a bit about the role and why it’s a great place to work if you’ve got experience in a factory setting. Our site is all about producing high-quality confectionery products. Whether it’s keeping our production lines running smoothly or ensuring everything meets our standards, every role here is vital in delivering the brands people love. What’s the role about? As a Machine Operative, your main job is to keep our production equipment running efficiently. You’ll be setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and making adjustments to ensure everything runs like clockwork. There’s a lot of hands-on work – from troubleshooting issues to ensuring we meet our production and quality targets. It’s a fast-paced environment, and you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in what we do. Whether you’re completing routine checks or stepping in to fix an issue, you’ll play a key role in keeping things moving. Why work with us? What do you need to succeed? We’re looking for people with previous

factory or manufacturing experience

– food production experience is a big plus. You’ll also need: An eye for detail

to carry out quality checks and make sure every product meets our standards. Practical skills
