Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their organisation based in Raunds on a permanent basis. Responsibilities
Maintaining the machine is running smoothly in accordance with productivity targets Manually packing and wrapping the products into the correct boxes ready for shipping Setting the machines up to produce products in line with the company's quality programme Escalating quality or productivity issues to the managers Using a computer to keep systems updated with the products being produced daily Making sure you are completing specified product metrics Printing off labels for the boxes Consistently working in a safe manner & adhering to the operational procedures Participating in company safety checks, ensuring you continue to maintain a safe environment Maintaining a clean working station Person Specification
Experience working as a Machine Operator Must enjoy working in a team Able to work in a shift pattern Being flexible and able to adapt to changing environments If you have the relevant experience our client is looking for in this Machine Operator role, we would like to hear from you.
