ROLE: Machine Operator
LOCATION: Raunds
HOURS OF WORK: Rotating Shift, Monday-Thursday, Friday
BASIC SALARY: £13.74 per hour. Overtime also available.

Company Profile
Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their organisation based in Raunds on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining the machine in accordance with productivity targets
Manually packing and wrapping products into the correct boxes ready for shipping
Setting the machines up to produce products in line with the company's quality programme
Escalating quality or productivity issues to the managers
Using a computer to keep systems updated with the products being produced daily
Completing specified product metrics
Printing off labels for the boxes
Consistently working in a safe manner and adhering to operational procedures
Participating in company safety checks
Maintaining a clean working station
Person Specification:
Experience working as a Machine Operator
Enjoy working in a team
Able to work in a shift pattern
Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments
