Machine Operator Location: Slough Salary: £13ph Job Type: Temp to Perm Machine Operator Overview : We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities of the Machine Operator : Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Record production data and report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors. Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets. Requirements of the Machine Operator : Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred but not essential (training will be provided). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Good physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of machine mechanics and troubleshooting is an advantage.
