The opportunity: Join our team as a Machine Setter. We are looking for candidates with experience in machine setting, ideally with a background in package manufacturing such as pharmaceuticals or food environments. We prioritize Health & Safety and offer a diverse, dynamic work environment. Flexibility and adaptability are highly valued. How you will impact WestRock: Expected to ‘set’ and ‘run’ a machine as required, with the purpose of maximising shift output Ability to set and run all folding machines and all formats of leaflets Work to the agreed Quality levels and achieve the department quality targets When required, offer practical advice (troubleshoot) on machine and other finishing related matters What you need to succeed: Previous experience of working on and setting machines would be advantageous (ideally in a printing, pharmaceuticals or food environment). PC literate Ability to work flexibly as part of a team Communication skills Awareness of current Health & Safety practices Problem solving skills
