Senior Setter Job Role:
To set up and operate the production lines accurately according to specification, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the line without any deviation and flagging any deviation with a cause. Duties:
Set up production line according to the specification. Support changeovers. Operate the line at the speed prescribed or better than planned. Choose and load front and back labels, ensuring that the bar codes are correct. Change shrink film as and when required. Direct line service regarding correct components/labels etc. Ensure quality checks are carried out and documented as per the spec and product matches gold seal sample. Train new operatives. Support the site engineers as and when required. Key Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
