Job Description:
Kinetic Recruitment are seeking Machine Line Operators to work within our Client Manufacturer in FMCG goods. We are looking for experienced Machine Operators to work within a fast moving environment. This position is initially for 6 months and may be renewed.
Responsibilities:
Machine Operation - loading of cases onto Machines.
Clearing of jams on packaging equipment.
Operating Case Packers and Multibagging machines.
SOP sign off, Quality Inspections.
Adhering to all safety policies and principles.
Identifying hazards in own areas and seeking to resolve with support.
Carrying out basic operations within a production section.
Identifying quality issues within own areas and escalating when applicable.
Resolving problems within own work area.
Controlling hand tools with precision.
Maintaining work area to the defined standards.
Qualifications & Experiences: The job holder should be educated to NVQ level 2 or equivalent, preferably within a manufacturing or production discipline. Ideally, they will have a basic understanding of general manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, conscientious to detail, have good numeracy and verbal skills, good communication skills, be a strong team player, recognize quality aspects within the production process, be organized, and have a problem-solving approach to work.

Shift Pattern: 4 on/6 off shift pattern.
Salary: £17.74 per hour.
