Person Specification Qualifications Essential Degree in Physiotherapy Professional registration HCPC Registration with CSP Desirable Evidence of recent study Post registration/masters qualification Experience Essential Has experience in at least 2 discrete service areas Inter-professional and multiagency team working Direct involvement with carers and families to facilitate return to function Desirable Experience of Oncology and Palliative Care Aptitudes and abilities Essential Autonomous practitioner with self management skills Sound clinical reasoning skills within clinical area Mechanisms of audit and research methodology Desirable Ability to speak Welsh Values Essential Adaptive skills that embrace change and new developments Ability to cope well under pressure.
