Building Surveyor. £39,465 per annum plus benefits. 37 Hours per week (Mon Fri with Flexitime) Home based with regular travel to Magna Sites. Permanent Role -

The role and what you take care of: Are you a surveyor seeking your next opportunity? This pivotal role at Magna involves assisting in the development of survey programmes and interpreting and analysing property data to develop major and cyclical maintenance programmes that will enable stock to be maintained to the required regulatory and statutory standards. You will be a crucial part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with colleagues to uphold best practices and support Magna's mission of delivering outstanding homes. Passionate about all things related to buildings and their continued improvement to provide great homes. You will carry out surveys to homes both in a preventative manner and for strategically planning purposes to meet our regulatory requirements. Assist in resolving customer complaints to the satisfaction of all parties involved. What you need to be successful: You will assist in the development of survey programmes and interpret and analyse property data to develop major and cyclical maintenance programmes that will enable stock to be maintained to the required regulatory and statutory standards. You will need to engage with all areas of the business in a 'one team' approach, that builds and maintains relationships with our customers and colleagues. You will have excellent customer-facing skills with good technical knowledge. This post is subject to a Basic Level Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check.
