An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager to oversee strategic and reactive maintenance across a prestigious academic and hotel estate. The Institution is looking for a leader who will act as front of house for all maintenance matters on a multi-estate comprised of educational institutions, accommodation, and a luxury hotel - this post will be predominantly based in Henley.

Lead Maintenance Operations on a multi-estate comprising of educational facilities and a luxury hotel. Stakeholder Engagement. Ensure Compliance and Safety. The Candidate:
Facilities or Maintenance Management experience. Experience in managing teams (Overseeing Trades / Maintenance staff). In-depth knowledge of building management systems and maintenance protocols. What the Role Offers:
