Maintenance Business Development Manager - Midlands based
Clymac are Fire & Security Systems specialist, delivering fully integrated Fire & Security Systems throughout the UK since 1992. We are currently looking to appoint a new Maintenance Business Development Manager based in the Midlands.
Basic Salary – up to £45,000 per annum
Commission based
Pension, Life Assurance & much more.
Clymac’s Maintenance BDM’s
As a Maintenance Business Development Manager, you will:
Provide account management to our Key Account customers
Renew PPM contracts
Upsell additional services to existing customers
Convert System sales to PPM contracts
Lead bids for new large PPM opportunities

Previous experience in a Maintenance BDM role
Previous industry experience
Good commercial understanding and awareness
Customer focused with the ability to resolve customer queries
Capable of working effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Professional with excellent communication, admin and people skills
Strong organisational skills
The ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach
Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
Comfortably converse with all levels of customers including Directors
