Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate work during planning and execution phases with relevant teams. Operate within the CMMS (SAP) following business processes, standards, policies, and guidelines. Oversee schedule break-in work, including unplanned outages, in consultation with key stakeholders to determine scope of works. Identify and coordinate the most efficient and effective use of resources to execute work while optimising market opportunities, plant downtime, and minimising impact on scheduled maintenance activities. Comply with all safety policies and guidelines, permit to work, and hazard identification systems, including supervision of contractor safety requirements. Required Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or trade qualification in electrical or mechanical discipline; wind turbine operator/maintainer certificates are advantageous. Expertise in maintenance and operating systems, HSE procedures, and quality assurance processes. Knowledge in scheduling maintenance work within heavy industry settings. Knowledge of SAP and experience in developing maintenance strategies. Proven ability to manage complex site activities and lead multidisciplinary projects. Applications close 2nd of February 2025.
