We are currently seeking a skilled CMMS Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis (inside IR35). The role requires previous CMMS experience.

Responsibilities:

Complete accurate and timely data entry in the Maximo system. Ensure that assigned asset and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and within the specified timeframe. Provide assistance with training or technical issues related to Maintenance Business Systems, especially the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), RITE, and INTRACK. Monitor and ensure compliance with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all critical business systems transactions.

Requirements:

Previous office experience is essential. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is advantageous but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
