Role & Responsibilities:
Support the shift manager in leading the shift team
Maintain, repair and support the equipment
Undertake scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations
Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance knowledge
Basic PLC / PC faults
Prioritise system faults
Accurately record all work undertaken
Continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
Ensure on-site spares are kept to optimum levels
Adhere to the Quality processes and procedures
Qualifications:
ONC OR HNC OR BTEC/NVQ 3 Engineering or Engineering Apprenticeship
Experience in previously managing a team (desirable)
A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic technical manuals & drawings
Basic knowledge of PLC equipment
