Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading facilities management company. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse commercial portfolio in London, providing high-quality maintenance and support services. The Role As a Maintenance Electrician, you will ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems across multiple commercial sites. You’ll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault diagnosis, and reactive repairs while delivering excellent service to clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems. Perform fault-finding, repairs, and testing to ensure systems are operating efficiently. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.

What You’ll Need Recognized electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent). Proven experience in maintenance within commercial buildings. Knowledge of electrical systems, fault-finding, and repair techniques. A proactive, problem-solving approach and strong organizational skills. Full UK driving license (essential for site travel).
