We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician for our building services Client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems within Commercial buildings facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with both hand and power tools. The Maintenance Electrician will play a crucial role in reactive maintenance.
Essential Qualifications must be held: NVQ or C&G Level 2 or above 18th edition Experience in commercial maintenance Good communication skills, written and verbal Client facing Solid work history Capable of working on own initiative and without supervision Able to adapt to quickly changing environments and client's requirements Working under pressure Excellent organisational skills / Time management / Ability to prioritise and organise own workload / able to work to deadlines Good working knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements If you possess these skills and are ready to take on the challenges of this role, we encourage you to apply for the position of Maintenance Electrician.
