The company provides maintenance and servicing of building mechanical, electrical, and ancillary facilities services. They also supply, install, test, and commission commercial and domestic heating, commercial ventilation, air conditioning, water hygiene, and plumbing services.
JOB PURPOSE
A permanent static electrical maintenance engineer is required to work on a static site in North London, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. This position will suit an experienced electrical maintenance engineer with residential or commercial maintenance experience who wants to work as part of a small on-site maintenance team.
Your main duties will include carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and plant, such as lighting, emergency lighting, and three-phase power, as well as performing small electrical installations. You will also be expected to carry out other maintenance duties such as basic plumbing and basic building fabric repairs. A qualification to level 3 status (either City and Guilds or NVQ) and some experience in the facilities industry would be advantageous.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation or equivalent (e.g., former City & Guilds Part 1 & Part 2)
18th Edition certification; 17th Edition may be considered
Proven ability to work independently
Possess a valid clean UK driving licence
Gold ECS Card certification is preferred
Ability to undertake electrical installation works as needed
Prioritise safety and quality in all work

Maintain accurate records of completed tasks

SALARY & BENEFITS
Basic salary of £40k per year with overtime available
