Maintenance Electrician
A family-run heating company is looking for a lead maintenance electrician to cover North and East London. Running for over 40 years, this company takes pride in their relationships with clients and the reputation they have cultivated within their sector. As a successful Maintenance Electrician, you will:
Conduct general maintenance in domestic properties. Complete fire alarm checks, fixing sockets/switches. Be on a call-out rota roughly 1 in every 10 weeks, with £250 per week standby when on call, and £35 per job. Conduct fault finding. Work core hours 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday.
As a successful Maintenance Electrician, you must: Have Level 3 Electrical Installations and 18th Edition. Having a Gold card / 2391 is desirable. Have previous electrical repairs experience in a domestic environment. Have a full UK clean license. Pass a DBS check (Standard check). Be within a commutable distance to East/North London.
Compensation: You will be paid £40-45k + Holiday + Van + Call out.
