Maintenance Electrician

Maintenance Electrician focuses on a motivated and experienced electrical disciplined tradesperson to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across our portfolio of buildings based in stratford-upon-avon.

What the role involves

• A motivated and experienced Electrical disciplined Tradesperson to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across our portfolio of buildings based in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Skills and requirements

• A recognised trade qualification in Electrical Engineering City and Guilds or NVQ level 3.
• Have at least 5 years' experience within a HVAC multi-disciplined environment.
• Ability to use test equipment appropriately when diagnosing faults.
• Ability to work at heights, using step ladders, mobile scaffolding and mobile platforms. Working in confined spaces in a variety of work conditions.

Confirmed role details

• Are you looking to work to a set shift pattern?
• 4 days on, 4 days off, working alternate 4-day shifts of 12:00 to-23:00, and 07:30 to 18:30, 35 hours per week average.
• Be completed which currently is 4 nights in every 16.
• Reporting to the Estates Services Manager, key responsibilities will include (see the Role Profile for the full list).
