Our client is a well-embedded FM and Electrical service partner to a number of large leading supermarkets in the UK. We are seeking a highly motivated Mobile Electrical Maintenance Technician covering Swansea/Bridgend areas and surrounding areas, to help us serve Co-op food stores and funeral care sites. The role involves maintenance and PPM, bringing your training and attitude to help us deliver projects on-time, in budget, and as instructed. What you'll bring to the table: Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation or equivalent, such as the former City & Guilds Part 1 & Part 2 18th Edition certification (17th Edition is considered) Proven ability to work independently Possess a valid clean UK driving licence Gold ECS Card certification is preferred Ability to take on electrical installation works as needed Prioritise safety and quality in all your work Meet project deadlines and budgets Keep accurate records of completed tasks Bring a passion for exceptional customer service Always represent the company professionally and courteously Flexibility, as some out-of-hours work may be necessary Deliver outstanding results for scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance tasks In return, you'll receive: Basic salary of GBP36,370 per year + Standby with opportunities to earn GBP40,000+ Paid door to door Regular overtime available 22 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays, increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days 360 Wellbeing (Store discounts, 24/7 Access to GPs, Mental health & Carer support + more) A modern and equipped company vehicle for business use PDA for business use Uniform and PPE Enhance your skills with ongoing training and opportunities for career progression Monthly team toolbox talks with management, giving you the chance to share your thoughts, ideas, and concerns Opportunities to give back to the community through fundraising Regular social events funded by the company, providing an opportunity to bond with your colleagues and have some fun outside of work Workplace pension contributions: 3% employer, 5% employee Standard hours of work: 8am - 4.30pm (Standard 40-hour week) For more information, please contact Kevin or apply with your current CV to prompt a call back.
