Full time Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician with an electrical bias looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and deliver high-quality maintenance services to a range of FM clients. Benefits: £36,000 per annum 20 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays Healthcare package Continuous training and development opportunities Key Responsibilities: Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM), inspections, and troubleshooting on electrical equipment, machinery, and systems. Identifying and repairing reactive electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and maximising equipment efficiency. Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control panels. Collaborating with other maintenance team members to address electrical and mechanical issues. Conduct plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, replacing pipes, and maintaining water systems. Perform joinery work, including repairing doors, fittings, and other fixtures. Qualifications and Experience: Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification in Electrical Installation or Maintenance, e.g., City & Guilds Level 3. Up to date 18th edition I.E.E. wiring regulations. Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting within a facilities management organisation.
