Our client, a leading Facilities Maintenance Contractor, provides planned and reactive maintenance services to commercial and retail clients across the UK.
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Operative to join our dedicated maintenance team on a full-time, permanent basis. Please note, this is a mobile maintenance role.

Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum NVQ Level 2 Minimum 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Full manual driving license with no more than 3 points Previous experience in a similar role Ability to work independently and use initiative in problem-solving Strong professional communication skills with clients Key Responsibilities: Electrical repairs and maintenance within the commercial industry Electrical installation Fixed wire testing/condition reporting Additional Beneficial Experience: HVAC or heating systems Emergency lighting servicing General building maintenance
