Permanent, Full Time Skills and Experience Needed: Understanding of mechanical processes and assemblies. Ability to bring a team together with open communication, teamwork, and a positive work culture. Completed an Engineering Apprenticeship or qualifications in the engineering trade. Previous experience within the agricultural or food industry would be beneficial. Duties will Include: Carry out ongoing improvement projects. Maintain machinery and plant on site daily in a safe and responsible manner. Report breakdown root cause, equipment faults, and concerns to line manager. Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues. Diagnose faults, repair, and return equipment to operational service. Plan maintenance and reactive repairs, while continually looking for improvements for future processes.
