Maintenance Engineer
to join a dynamic team at a leading industrial facility in Bewdley. This role is perfect for a proactive and skilled engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, conducting essential maintenance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of production. Key Responsibilities: Provide immediate, front-line maintenance support to the operations team Ensure production machinery is operating at optimal efficiency Dismantle, reassemble, and fabricate components as needed for repairs Execute regular PPMs and scheduled maintenance Continually look for ways to improve operations through effective maintenance Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone with a recognised apprenticeship (ONC/HNC) or solid experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting. You'll need to be familiar with belts, conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CMMS/PPM systems. Bonus Skills: Electrical understanding, including control panels, inverters, and PLCs Previous Roles Considered: Maintenance Fitter / Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Engineer
