Our client is a global organisation looking for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) to drive performance in a fast-paced, Operationally Excellent Maintenance Engineering team.

Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Maintenance Lead, this role is responsible for owning and managing the operational maintenance, equipment reliability, and related processes meeting all KPI's. Responsible for driving standards of safe working, diagnosing, inspecting, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure that all machinery is functioning and achieving the overall equipment efficiency (OEE). The role expectation will be one that demonstrates a very hands-on approach with a Continuous Improvement and proactive mindset.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

HNC educated - Mechanical, electrical, or multiskilled. Working Safely qualifications. Apprenticeship or College background in Maintenance. Experience of Computer based Maintenance systems. Experience of fault finding on PLC systems. Proven experience in Reliability & Process maintenance roles. Experience of TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance) systems.

Ideal candidates will have:

PLC fault finding experience in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Days based role £42 - £47K
