Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

6am - 2pm rotating to 2pm - 10pm Location:
Birmingham Job Details: Maintain and improve availability targets for key performance equipment. Previous Maintenance Engineer experience required. Reduce changeover times for adaptability and capacity to within agreed targets, to be individually agreed per WorkCentre (TBA). Define and improve technical changeovers using lean techniques (i.e. SMED). Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities relating to Production, Engineering & Manufacturing. Ensure all tasks are completed to the correct product quality standards. Support Production with equipment modifications and new product introduction. Minimum Requirements: Time served apprenticeship to HNC level or similar qualification in a related engineering field and experience within a similar role.
