We are currently seeking a dynamic Maintenance Engineer to join one of the UK's largest Structural Steel companies, with the opportunity to become an integral part in the supply chain for some of the UK's biggest Infrastructure Projects. Responsible for ensuring optimising the flow of production is a priority, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant machinery, aligning with legislative requirements. This pivotal role as a Maintenance Engineer aims to guarantee uninterrupted production activities.
Ideal for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent, possessing a robust background in a heavy engineering environment within a similar manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities:
Provide day to day maintenance support to ensure all productions maintenance requirements are met. Attend breakdowns, perform root cause analysis and identify what needs rectifying. Ensure compliance with legislative and safety requirements. Prioritize maintenance tasks and handle breakdowns promptly. Assist with all repairs to ensure downtime is minimized. The company offers a very rewarding package, inclusive of a £41,600 salary, 7% matched pension, Death in Service, as well as onsite training school and brilliant career opportunities.
