We are looking for a passionate Manufacturing Support Engineer (MSE) to join our growing team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring our manufacturing systems and equipment run smoothly, enabling us to achieve operational excellence. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Diagnosing and resolving equipment breakdowns and process failures Supporting high-speed manufacturing equipment and facilities, maximizing performance Leading preventative maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime Collaborating closely with production and support teams to ensure targets are met Driving continuous improvements and optimizing processes Providing training and guidance to support teams What You’ll Bring:
Experience:
2+ years post-apprenticeship in a high-volume manufacturing environment Apprenticeship:
Time-served in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (essential) Skills:
Expertise in PLC-controlled manufacturing platforms, strong engineering principles, and involvement in continuous improvement projects Qualifications:
ONC/HNC or similar in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering What’s in it for you?
