Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - London - up to £36,000
Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for an established Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio within London has arisen.
The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across the portfolio. They will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial maintenance. This position is ideal for a Maintenance Engineer/Maintenance Improver currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. Experience within Mechanical/Electrical maintenance is required. In return, the company offers a salary up to £36,000 with overtime and training available.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
PPM's and Reactive works AHU's and FCU's Carrying out Maintenance and Repairs Update contract managers with relevant client or site information Updating site log books Provide further works reports where required Completing all works to a high standard Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks Required Skills:
Mechanical Level 2 or Level 3 or Electrical Level 2 or Level 3 Working experience in a Building Services environment Other preferable skills: Mechanical, electrical and basic plumbing. Providing technical support to administration staff as required. Benefits:
