Role Overview:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our window and door manufacturing machinery. You will be responsible for conducting both preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on electro-mechanical systems, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment, including inspection, lubrication, and calibration. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues to maintain optimal machine performance. Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance needs and schedule downtime for repairs. Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures in all maintenance activities. Document maintenance activities, including repairs, parts usage, and equipment status updates.

Qualifications: Experienced in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in an industrial setting, preferably with electro-mechanical equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and pneumatics ideally. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
