Maintenance Engineer
Location: Corsham
Salary: £24-£29k + 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Benefits

The Role
As the Electrical Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the following:
Weekly & monthly planned maintenance (visual inspections), such as: Lighting and emergency lighting, Fire alarms and call points, Utility metre readings, Storerooms and vehicles. General maintenance activities, such as: Re-lamping of defective luminaires, Minor plumbing tasks and repairs, Minor building fabric and decorating repairs. Water hygiene tasks including water flushing and temperature checks. Escorting duties for 3rd party contractors and building outages. Monday - Friday role working 37.5 hours per week.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of Maintenance Engineer, you'll bring the following skills and experience: Experience in building maintenance; electrical experience is beneficial. Strong communication skills. A can-do attitude, willing to be flexible.
