With the opening of a new factory in the spring of 2025, we are looking for 4 multi-skilled maintenance engineers to look after and maintain the new site. The business has grown organically over the last 8 years by introducing their own lines alongside supplying to major supermarkets throughout the UK.

Skills & Experience required to become a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
Engineering apprenticeship or academic and practical qualifications
Electrical Bias
2 years experience within maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment
Ideally worked within a food environment, or FMCG background
High levels of literacy and numeracy are required
Overview of responsibilities of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
Planned and reactive maintenance to the plant machinery
Modify and update PPM system on a daily basis to ensure engineering information is up to date and accurate
Provide pro-active service and support for production and factory services
Train and assist production to deliver efficient machine setup and effective start-ups
Manage own self to meet company objectives to agreed timescales

£48,000 basic
1.5x overtime
23 shifts holiday
Working 4 on 4 off (4 days, 4 off, 4 nights) 6pm-6am or a 4 on 4 off nights only pattern
