We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be vital in supporting our maintenance operations, overseeing preventive and breakdown maintenance, and contributing to ongoing improvements. This position is critical to ensuring our daily and future operations run efficiently.

Prioritise reactive maintenance and other activities, responding quickly to breakdowns within the manufacturing areas to maximize equipment uptime. Actively promote and support the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, providing training and guidance to colleagues in line with Health & Safety and engineering best practices. Report any instances of suspected equipment misuse or damage to management. Ensure all tools and equipment comply with Health & Safety standards, and report any non-compliance to the Engineering Manager. Assist with maintenance tasks across other UK sites when required. Support general maintenance requests within the office environment. Key Requirements: Proficient in fault-finding during production and carrying out planned, predictive maintenance. Skilled in assessing spare parts requirements. Capable of effectively planning, prioritising workloads, and optimising resource use. Knowledgeable of relevant legislation, company policies, and procedures. Able to maintain timely, accurate records and documentation as required. Committed to high standards of housekeeping and teamwork. Willing to engage in continuous self-development and support cross-functional needs. Contributes to the company's continuous improvement processes and collaborates with coordinators to meet requirements. Follows health and safety protocols, meets targets, and maintains KPIs.
