48,000 - Rising to 50,000 after probation Shifts:
Shift pattern is a rotating two week pattern
(2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of nights) with two weekends off in four. Duties & Responsibilities:
Fault finding, repairs and maintenance on high speed, automated machinery. Undertaking planned and reactive maintenance on a range of specialist and high-tech equipment (predominantly Krones). Ensuring all engineering procedures are adhered to including Health & Safety, Quality, hygiene and general housekeeping. Observing, recognising and reporting on machinery and component defects or systems of impending failure, escalating problems if necessary to the EU&F Manager. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on major issues, ensuring lessons learned and communicated to the wider team. Highlighting opportunities for improvements in the maintenance plan and/or failure of components.
