My client is looking for an experienced mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer to join an expanding team on a permanent basis in the Hexham area with an immediate start available.Package - * Salary is £37,100 + on call allowance = £45,000* Potential earnings - £50,000* Monday to Friday* 39 hours per week* £20 retainer when on call* Mileage paid when on call Responsibilities - * Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods* Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults* Diagnose breakdown problems* Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly* Carry out quality inspections on jobs* Liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues* Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or component* Experience with gearboxes, motors and burning Requirements - * Ideally from a heavy industrial background* Must have knowledge of three power phase* Diving license* Must live within an 1 hour drive from Hexham Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years' experience delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
