What You’ll Be Doing: Electrical Maintenance : Keep operations running smoothly across multiple sites with electrical and mechanical maintenance, repairs, and installations. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement : Apply your expertise to troubleshoot and improve systems, processes, and efficiency. Collaborate Across Teams : Work hand-in-hand with other departments, communicating effectively to ensure seamless operations. Proactive Maintenance : Stay ahead of issues by performing routine checks, fault finding, and repairs before problems arise, keeping downtime to a minimum. Maximise Production Efficiency : Your role is key in driving the efficiency of the production unit, improving performance, and supporting the long-term success of the business. What You Need: Experience

as a

Maintenance Engineer

(preferably in the

food industry ). Qualifications : Relevant engineering qualifications (minimum NVQ or equivalent). Problem-Solving Skills : A hands-on approach with the ability to tackle issues quickly and effectively. Health & Safety Knowledge : A solid understanding of H&S practices and regulations. Excellent Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with teams and liaise with clients.
