I am recruiting for a leading food manufacturing company based in Hitchin, looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their team! Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum productivity Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across the production line Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensure machinery is operating to its optimal standards Opportunities to get involved with project work to make line improvements and making the site run more efficiently Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally from a manufacturing background or fast-paced environment Apprentice trained or equivalent to Level 3 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
