As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of moulding, assembly, and packaging systems within our operational areas. You will be working on a range of assets, mainly cam driven assembly systems and a variety of injection moulding machines ranging from 50t to 300t incorporating automation and robotics, therefore this role will offer an opportunity to work with a variety of equipment. You will be working in a clean, well maintained, ambient temperature controlled safe environment with excellent health and safety processes in place. As a Maintenance Engineer, your duties will include: Reactive repairs and undertake root cause investigations. Schedule and undertake PPM. Provide systems maintenance knowledge, training, and advice. Assist with the installation, debug and validation of process equipment. Identify/propose process and systems improvement opportunities. Maintenance Engineer, key skills and experience: Level 3 engineering / HNC / degree (or equivalent) is desirable. Dual skilled, mechanical, and electrical. PLC understanding and CMMS experience. Working knowledge of statistical control systems. Able to use drawing manuals and circuit diagrams.
